Renew Pinnacle Towers LLC/Crown Castle

Approval to renew with a four percent (4%) rate increase as allowable in the original lease agreement, for “C #04-07 Lease of Pinnacle Towers Inc. for Radio Communication” with Crown Castle of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania for a fifth (5th) year of a five (5) year contract, per the terms and conditions of the current contract.

 

In addition, the current rate amount of $5,813.39 per month will be increased to $6,045.93 and will utilize funds from the County’s general fund for Fiscal Year 2026 budget.

 

The current lease term is set to expire on May 31, 2026. The renewal term shall be June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027.
