Opioid Settlement - Six Remnant Defendants Settlement

The Court previously approved a Resolution in support of the adoption and approval of the Opioid Settlement Texas Term Sheet and allocation method.
The Court hereby authorizes the County Judge to sign the Opioid Settlement with Six (6) Remnant Defendants regional distributors/dispenser:
1. Associated Pharmacies, Inc. (and American Associated Pharmacies)
2. JM Smith Corporation
3. Louisiana Wholesale Drug Company, Inc.
4. Morris and Dickson Co.
5. North Carolina Mutual Wholesale Drug Company, Inc.
6. United Natural Foods, Inc. (and SuperValu)
This includes signing all documents relating to the opioid settlement proceeds after review by the District Attorney’s Office.
Further, a certified copy of the Order be sent to the District Attorney’s Office and Auditor’s Office.
