Approve the attached Interlocal Agreement between Brazoria County and City of Angleton regarding providing City water to the Sheriff’s Office facilities and the construction of a water tower.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of Brazoria County.
Further, that a certified copy of this Order be provided to the County Auditor, Sheriff’s Office, and County Engineer.
