Incidental Donations to the Brazoria County Library System

Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Section §81.032, the Commissioners Court of Brazoria County hereby authorizes the Library Director to receive and process donation of money, books, equipment and/or supplies to be used to further the mission of the Brazoria County Library System. All donations must be free of any and all restrictions. Each donation may not exceed a total value of $1,000.00. Any donations that do not meet these requirements may only be accepted by specific action of the Commissioners Court.
