Upon recommendation of Human Resources, amend Court Order H.21, dated October 13, 2026, to change the Post 65 and Retiree Health Benefits Plan consultant and administrator from Bay Bridge Administrators, LLC to Labor First, LLC dba RetireeFirst, of Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Bay Bridge Administrators, LLC is no longer administering the Hartford Post 65 and Retiree Health Benefits Plans.
The High and Low Plans and rates for the period January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, shall remain unchanged as reflected in the attached documents. Funding for the plans is paid through the Health Benefits Fund Budget.
Funding is paid for through the Health Benefits Fund Budget.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
