Approval to renew “ITB #23-74 Battery Consignment” with the following vendor for the fourth (4th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on September 10, 2026.
• Interstate Batteries of Houston, Houston, Texas
The renewal term shall be September 11, 2026 to September 10, 2027.
Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ annual fiscal year budgets.
