Approval to advertise Request for Proposals for “Brazoria County Precinct 4 North Annex CR 58 Municipal Utility District (MUD) Utility Connections” which has been determined by the Purchasing Agent to be the procurement method to use that is in the best interest of the County.
In addition, the procurement will utilize funds from the department’s approved Fiscal Year 2025 budget.
Further, approve a committee to review the proposal submittals from the persons shown below, their designee, or other persons as determined by the Court.
