Approval to advertise Request for Proposal for “Widening for Right Turn Deceleration Lane Along NB FM 523 to EB DR 792” for the Engineering Department which has been determined by the Purchasing Agent to be the procurement method to use that is in the best interest of the County.
In addition, the procurement will utilize funds from the department’s approved fiscal year 2025 budget in addition to funds from Freeport LNG towards the construction costs.
Further, appoint a committee to review the proposal submittals from the persons shown below, their designee, or other persons as determined by the Court.
