Approval to reject the proposals received for “CSP #26-52 Hastings Phase II Roadways and Drainage Improvements Project-GLO Contract No. 20-065-118-C388” and change the method of procurement from a competitive sealed proposal to an invitation to bid per General Land Office (GLO) requirements.
In addition, all six (6) submissions received exceeded the estimated construction budget of $2.2 million dollars.
Further, approval to re-advertise the project per a revised scope of work. The previously approved evaluation committee members will remain the same.
