The Court authorizes initial funding for the Flexible Spending Accounts, administered by Health Equity, at a rate of 10% of total enrollment for Fiscal Year 2026. The total amount to be allocated from the Health Care Fund Account 71000 is $69,788.50. These contributions will be funded through employee payroll deductions.
