Approve changes to the Brazoria County Housing Choice Voucher Program’s payment standards. Payment Standards along with BCHA’s adopted Utility Allowance is part of the calculation on how much the Housing Authority will pay for a particular tenant. Payment standards shall be effective October 1, 2025.
