Approval to renew with a four percent (4%) rate increase as allowable in the original lease agreement, for “C #04-07 Lease of Pinnacle Towers Inc. for Radio Communication” with Crown Castle of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania for a fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract, per the terms and conditions of current contract.

In addition, the current rate amount of $5,589.80 per month will be increased to $5,813.39 and will utilize funds from the department’s approved annual fiscal 2025 budget.

The current lease term is set to expire on May 31, 2025. The renewal term shall be June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.
