Solicit Proposals for Section 115 Post-Employment Benefit Trust Fund Investment Manager

Approval to advertise for Request for Proposal for the “Section 115 Post-Employment Benefit Trust Fund Investment Manager” which has been determined by the Purchasing Agent to be the procurement method to use that is in the best interest of the County.
In addition, the expenditure will utilize funds from the Trust Fund pursuant to the Section 115 Trust.
Further, appoint a committee to review the proposal submittals from the persons shown below, their designee or other persons as determined by the County.
