Whereas, the County has incurred costs pursuant to Debris Operations and whereas the County and the Debris Operations costs are eligible for reimbursement; and
Therefore, the Court thereby accepts the attached Attachment / Addendum: Terms for Subrecipients Utilizing Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Solid Waste Fund for DR-4781 (Severe Storms / Derecho) and DR-4798 (Hurricane Beryl) Debris Operations.
The Court further authorizes the County Judge to sign any and all documents related to acceptance on behalf of Brazoria County.
