Upon final review by the District Attorney Civil - Division and per the recommendation of the evaluation committee, award “RFP #26-07 E-Content Material (Resources) for the Library” to the vendors shown below as per the attached. The vendors submitted the best evaluated offers meeting our specifications and scope of work.

 

•                     OCLC Inc. of Dublin, OH

•                     Midwest Tapes of Holland, OH

•                     EBSCO Information Services of Ipswich, MA

•                     Library Ideas LLC of Fairfax, VA

 

In addition, expenditures will utilize the department’s approved fiscal year budget.

 

Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement, and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
