Approval to renew “ITB #22-05 Cutting Tools - Bullet Teeth Contract” to the following vendors for the fifth (5th) year of a five (5) year contract per the current terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on December 13, 2025.

 

•                     Wear Parts & Equipment of Auroa, Co

•                     R.B Everett & Company, LLC of Pasadena, TX

 

The renewal term shall be December 14, 2025 to December 13, 2026.

 

Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ current fiscal year budget.
