Approve the Brazoria County Community Development Program Year 2026 (PY2026) Annual Action Plan. This plan details the proposed use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Grant (HOME) program funds. Also included in this plan are the projects and locations that are eligible based on federal program regulations. This plan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for their review and approval.
Further, the Court authorizes the County Judge to sign the certifications and any documents to effectuate the submission and approval of this Annual Plan.
