Approval to award “ITB #25-37 Road Materials - Flexible Base” to the following vendors, who submitted the best bids meeting our specifications per the attached.
• ACC Houston dba Arcosa Crushed Concrete of Houston, Texas
• Vernor Material and Equipment Co. Inc. of Freeport, Texas
• Vulcan Materials of San Antonio, Texas
In addition, expenditures will be funded by the departments’ approved fiscal year budgets.
Further, the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
