Acceptance of donation from FLIQ Common Facilities, LLC

That, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code §81.032, on behalf of Brazoria County Parks Department, the Court accepts the donation, effective immediately, of real property identified as follows:
Tract 1: Lots 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 in Block 20, Bryan Beach Subdivision, Section 3, per the recorded map or plat thereof of record in Volume 9, Page 149 of the Brazoria County Plat Records.
Tract 2: A parcel of land sometimes called Lot 15, Quintana Island, being a tract of land in The J.G. McNeel Survey, Abstract 335, Brazoria County, Texas as more particularly described in the Deed of Record at Clerk’s File Number 2014054487 of the Official Records of Brazoria County, Texas
The County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any documents necessary to complete the donation upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office.
FURTHER, the Court hereby dedicates the above-identified gifted properties as public beach easement and ORDERS that no structures are to be built upon these properties. These lots are to become part of the public beach. The County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any documents necessary to complete the public beach easement dedication upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office.
Further Ordered that a copy of this Order be delivered to the Parks Department Director.
