2027 Beach Cleaning and Maintenance Assistance Program Resolution

The Court hereby adopts the attached Resolution as required by the Texas General Land Office to apply for assistance in the cleaning and maintaining of public beaches for the 2027 Beach Cleaning and Maintenance Assistance Program.
The County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any required documentation associated with this program.
Further, a certified copy of this Court Order shall be sent to Brazoria County Parks Department for submission to the General Land Office.
