Approve the expenditure of $197,600.00 to Halff Associates, Inc., for supplemental Construction Engineering and Inspection “CEI” and Construction Material Testing “CMT”, modifying their current contract approved by Commissioners Court Order I.6 dated August 12, 2025.
Whereas, the attached scope of work identifies the CEI and CMT related activities for the Project; and
Whereas, funds for this expenditure are available via the 2026 Road & Bridge Budget.
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Professional Services Contract and that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
