Renew RFP #23-60 Disaster Recovery Services

Approval to renew “RFP #23-60 Disaster Recovery Services” with the following vendors for the third (3rd) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on February 28, 2025.

 

•                     DRC Emergency Services, LLC of Galveston, Texas

•                     TRF Enterprises, Inc. of Leander, Texas

 

In addition, approval to renew with a price increase with the following vendors per the attached. All other terms and conditions of the contract will remain the same.

 

•                     Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. of Sarasota, Florida

•                     CrowderGulf, LLC of Mobile, Alabama

•                     Southern Disaster Recovery, LLC of Greenville, South Carolina

 

The renewal term shall be March 01, 2025 to February 28, 2026.

 

Further, expenditures will be funded by the specific disaster event fund.
