Approve the additional expenditure of $52,044.25 to Atser, LP., to perform additional Construction Material Testing “CMT” for the Follet’s Island Dune Restoration Phase 2 “Project”, modifying their current contract approved by the County via Court Order No. 1.13 dated May 13, 2025.
Whereas, funds for this expenditure are available from the General Land Office (GLO) Contract No. 22-198-000-D623 with Brazoria County that was approved by the County via Court Order No. H.29 dated November 18, 2025.
Further, a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
