The Court hereby approves the order as presented to Court authorizing the Issuance of the Brazoria County, Texas Certificates of Obligation, Series 2026; setting certain parameters for the Certificates; authorizing a Pricing Officer to approve the amount, the interest rate, price and other terms and provisions for the Certificates; and authorizing other matters related thereto.
The County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any document(s) related to the Certificates of Obligation upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office.
