Approve the attached Scope of Work to the Master Services Agreement with Sierra-Cedar, LLC, of Alpharetta, Georgia, to perform upgrades to the PeopleSoft system software. The cost of the updates will not exceed $50,000.00 and be paid for using funds from Information Systems’ fiscal year 2027 budget.
Commissioners Court awarded “RFP #18-26 PeopleSoft Financials and HCM Upgrade” to Sierra-Cedar, LLC via Court Order 6.S.3 dated November 13, 2018.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
