Approve Amendment #1 to “RFSQ #25-22 Health Services for the Sheriff’s Office and the Juvenile Justice Departments” with Southern Health Partners, Inc., of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The amendment is to amend the Sheriff’s Office portion of the agreement to increase the contract amount to incorporate additional funds to the Cost Pool, per the attached and is effective upon execution.
In addition, it has been reviewed by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division.
The services will be paid for using the Sheriff’s Office approved fiscal year budget.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
