Extension of Lease of Property for Library Administration

The Court authorizes the County to enter into a month-to-month extension to the lease agreement with CHA, Inc. for premises located at 912 N. Velasco Street, Angleton, Texas utilized by the County Library System.
Further, that the County Judge is hereby authorized to sign said Lease Extension Agreement.
Further, it is ordered that certified copies of this Order along with the attachments be provided to the Brazoria County Auditor, Purchasing Department and Facilities Management.
