Approve a rate increase for “RFP #23-12 Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services” for Bay Area Recovery Center, Ltd of Dickinson, Texas for a 29.87% increase for intensive residential and a 33.93% increase for supportive residential care as shown below and in the attached supporting documentation and consumer price and producer price indexes.
• Intensive Residential-current rate of $77.00 to be increased to $100.00
• Supportive Residential-current rate of $56.00 to be increased to $75.00
Further, the increase is due to increased labor and health care services associated with operating the County’s program. The increase will go into effect for the renewal term beginning on September 1, 2026.
