Program Year 2021 HOME - American Rescue Plan Act Allocation - Agency Grant Award Modification

Staff requests approval to modify grant funding awarded to agencies under the HOME - American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Allocation Plan, Amendment to the Program Year 2021 Annual Action Plan. Modifications are due to contract terminations, funding for case management services, and an increase to the overall HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) award to the County.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate this modification on behalf of the County.
