The Court hereby reappoints Dr. Anthony S. Rogers, MD., who is duly qualified pursuant to Texas Health & Safety Code §121.022, as Brazoria County’s Local Health Authority effective September 30, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. pursuant to Texas Health & Safety Code §121.023 for a term of two years.
The Court hereby authorizes payment to Dr. Rogers in the amount of $6,512.50 per month for the duties as Local Health Authority.
Further Ordered that a copy of this Order be sent to the Health Director.
