Approve the additional expenditure of $3,298.75 to Gannett Fleming, Inc. (DE Corp.), to perform additional Engineering Services for the Blue Water Highway and Beach Access Five Dune Maintenance - Texas General Land Office (GLO) “Project”, modifying their current contract approved by Commissioners Court Order 6.Q.2 dated August 8, 2023.
Whereas, the attached scope of work identifies the Engineering Services related activities for the Project.
The project will be paid for with federal funding form the Department of the Treasury through the State of Texas’ General Land Office, pursuant to Senate Bill 8, which allocated Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) received by the State of Texas under the American Rescue Plan Act.
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Professional Services Contract and that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
