Approval to renew “ITB #24-62 Asphalt, Oil and Emulsions” with the following vendor for the third (3rd) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on October 30, 2026.

 

•                     Cleveland Asphalt Products Inc. of Shepherd, Texas

 

The renewal term shall be October 31, 2026 to October 30, 2027.

 

Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ annual fiscal year budget.
