Approve the expenditure of $29,300.00 to Cobb, Fendley & Associates to perform Rights of Way (ROW) Acquisition Services for Brazoria County (BC) Expressway Extension.
Whereas, the attached scope of work provides for ROW Acquisition Services for the proposed BC Expressway Extension detention pond; and
Whereas, funds for this expenditure are available via the 2026 Road & Bridge Budget; and
Whereas, the expenditure of funds will be reimbursed by the Brazoria County Toll Road Authority; and
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Professional Services Contract and that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
