Approve modifications to the Brazoria County Homeowner Rehabilitation Guidelines and Rehabilitation and Minimum Property Standards and Specifications. Modifications include updates to the maximum amounts of assistance, clarifies when assistance may be provided to owners of mobile homes, and adopts current rehabilitation standards based on U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements and newly updated model program standards for rehabilitation and construction of housing.
