Approve the presentation of the Request for Annexation of Brazoria County Road 192, beginning at the northern boundary of the city limits of Liverpool at the intersection of County Road 192 and State Highway 35 continuing in a general northwest direction along County Road 192 until its terminus past County Road 172.
Further, to annex that portion of County Road 172, beginning at the intersection of County Road 192 and County Road 172 and continuing along County Road 172 in general southwest direction until its intersection with County Road 511.
Further, that the County Judge, on behalf of Brazoria County, be authorized to sign any and all documents pertaining to the annexation.
It is further ordered that a certified copy of this order be delivered to the County Engineer.
