Natural Gas Service Rates for Fiscal Year 2024

Upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division, approve the new agreement and renewal of natural gas service and transportation service for the County at the current rate of seventy-three ($00.73) cents per MMBtu, per the attached documents.
The contract uses the Sole Source, approved by Commissioners Court order 7.R.4 dated October 26, 2021, with Symmetry Energy Solutions LLC, of Houston.
The contract term will be from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025.
The expenditure uses approved funds in the County’s general fund from the current Fiscal Year 25 budget.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any and all documents necessary to execute said agreements on behalf of the County.
