Approval to renew “RFP #22-70 Indigent Health Prescription Services” with Integrated Prescription Management (IPM) of Fresno, California for a third (3^rd) year of a five (5) year contract per the current terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on September 30, 2024.

The renewal term shall be October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025.

Further, expenditures will be funded by department’s Fiscal Year 2025 budget.
