Participation in Vessel Turn-In Program

The County is hereby authorized to participate with the Texas General Land Office (GLO), Texas Parks & Wildlife (TP&W), and Brazoria County Fire Fighters Association (BCFFA) in a “Vessel Turn-In Program.”
The County is authorized to provide locations to citizens to dispose of inoperable vessels under 26 feet long. The County is also authorized to transport the qualifying vessels for proper disposal.
The County is further authorized to distribute informative flyers concerning the “Vessel Turn-In Program.”
