Approval for the Assignment and Assumption of Contract to assign all rights, interests, obligations, and responsibilities of TranSystems Corporation, dba TranSystems Corporation Consultants under the Professional Services Agreement to GFT Infrastructure, Inc.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes after final review by the District Attorney’s Office-Civil Division.
