That the Court accept the Replat of Peregrine Subdivision - Abstract 29, being a tract of land containing 9 lots and 663.61 linear feet, and being out of a 24.153 acre tract of land and a 25.037 acre tract of land, more or less, known as lots 28A1- 28C1, 29, 29A, both out of S.F. Austin Peninsular League, Abstract 29, Brazoria County, Texas, as recorded under County Clerk's File No. 1993-019891 in the Official Public Records of Brazoria County, Texas; and
Further, said Plat is accompanied by current tax certificates from the Brazoria County Tax Office and Certificate of Ownership showing Peregrine Home Owners Association holding title to all tracts; and
Further, said Plat is accompanied by a Letter of No Objection from the Brazoria County Environmental Health Department and Signed by Velasco Drainage District No. 2.
