Approval to renew “ITB #23-36 Drainage Products-Reinforced Pipe” with Coburn Supply Company, Inc. of New Caney, Texas for the fourth (4th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire March 27, 2026.
The renewal term shall be March 28, 2026 to March 27, 2027.
Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ annual fiscal year budgets.
