Upon recommendation from Parks Director, Bryan Frazier, Brazoria County Commissioners Court approves the attached Planning Grant Agreement subject to final review from the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign this Agreement and any other documentation associated with this project.
Further, a certified copy of Court Order shall be sent to Brazoria County Parks Department.
