Approve annual license and support fees, with a four percent (4%) increase, for the period of October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 with Hart InterCivic as follows:
• Knowink Poll Pads - $40,431.00
• Verity - Annual License & Support Renewal (Hart Voting Equipment) - $222,163.00
Further, the renewal costs will be paid out of the County Clerk’s Elections Software/Service Subscription approved budget.
