Construction License Agreement with United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)

Upon recommendation from Parks Director, Bryan Frazier, Brazoria County Commissioners Court approves an agreement with the United States Army Corps of Engineers to acquire a license for construction on a public boat ramp on Chocolate Bayou.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign related documents on behalf of Brazoria County, after review and approval by the District Attorney’s Office Civil Division.
A certified copy of Court Order shall be sent to Brazoria County Parks Department.
