Assign the Road Name of Chigger Creek Drive to County Road 285 (Precinct 3)

Based on the recommendation of the 911 Addressing Committee, the court hereby approves assigning the name of Chigger Creek Drive to County Road 285 as shown in Exhibit “A” attached.
Further, the non-county maintained portion of the roadway continuing from the end of CR 285 extending approximately 1171 feet east, then approximately 4900 feet south also be named Chigger Creek Drive as shown in Exhibit “B” attached.
Further, the 911 Addressing system and County maps are to be updated to accurately reflect the same.
Further, that a certified copy of this Court Order be sent to the County Engineer’s Office.
