Renewal of Flood Insurance for the Sheriff’s Office

Approve flood insurance renewals for the following policies for the Sheriff’s Office. Policy periods will be April 29, 2026 to April 29, 2027.
• Detention Center - $5,397.60
• Shop Building - $3,993.60
• Old Mechanic Shop - $3,993.60
• Mechanic Shop - $3,993.60
Such expenditure will be funded by the County’s General Fund for Fiscal Year 2026 budget.
Further, pending final review by the District Attorney’s Office, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement in order to renew the policies, and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
