Authorize the engagement of counsel at the law firm of Jackson Walker, LLP for representation of Brazoria County to consult regarding retirement plan matters, employee benefit trust matters, and other associated matters.
Further ordered that payment of fees for the engagement of this professional service be from the general fund of the County.
The County Judge is hereby authorized to any necessary paperwork pending the review of the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division.
