Per the recommendation of the evaluation committee, award “CSP #26-13 DSR 48-14-24-5118-002 Debris Removal from Streambank and Shoreline Along Oyster Creek and Bastrop Bayou” to the highest ranked vendor, James W. Turner Construction, LTD of Tomball, Texas, who submitted the best offer meeting our specifications and scope of work in the amount of $2,892,164.00.
In addition, the procurement will utilize funds from the United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
