Approve the expenditure of $74,564.00 to Isani Consultants, LP to perform engineering services for the Airport Ditch Improvements Project.
Whereas, the attached scope of work identifies the engineering related activities for the Project; and
Whereas, funds for this expenditure are available as a part of the CDBG-MIT Contract in partnership with the GLO.
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Professional Services Contract and that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
