Approve the attached Co-Location Agreement with Fibertown DC, LLC of Bryan, Texas for a term of five (5) years, July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031.
In addition, the lease will be paid for utilizing Information Systems Departmental budget.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
